As lead Product Designer, I revamped an outdated legacy system with a vast user base, creating an intuitive, robust application that supports rapid learning while retaining comprehensive screening features, including criminal records, drug tests, and employment history.
I drove the UX process from concept and prototyping through development, launch, and post-launch enhancements, overcoming stalled development by providing clear UX direction based on user feedback and team reviews.
